About Hutter CPA, LLC

Tracy M. Hutter, CPA founded Hutter CPA, LLC in 2022. She has over a decade of experience working in large public accounting firms where she worked with a variety of industries, primarily 501(c)(3) charities, SaaS, start-up, and service industries. Before that, she worked for seven years as an office manager for a local sign manufacturing business, where she did everything from bookkeeping to CNC programming to most other administrative duties.

Tracy earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and is a member of several professional organizations, including AICPA, MOCPA, and ANAFP. Beyond her professional endeavors, she actively volunteers with the Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts (VLAA) and many other local nonprofit organizations. She's also a mom, wife, gardener, aerialist, environmentalist, DIY'er, ballet dancer, world traveler, and sour beer enthusiast.

Michael E. Hutter serves as Executive Assistant, and he supports the office in countless ways so that Tracy can focus on serving clients.  Before joining the firm, Mike worked as a CNC machinist in the manufacturing industry and graduated from Ranken Technical College.  Outside the office, you can find Mike either riding his mountain bike through urban jungles, working on his latest musical creations, or spending time with our son.
